I am an experienced coach and mentor with a lifetimes experience of managing hearing loss. My programme of one-to-one mentoring sessions can help you or your employee regain control of those now tricky scenarios.

About Me

My experience

I have been working with and on behalf of people with hearing loss since 1999. I began in an advice and advocacy role and soon progressed into education and employment support for individuals and companies. I possess Stage 2 in British Sign Language and I hold a recognised teaching qualification.

Personal

I have a life-long bi-lateral hearing loss, I wear two hearing aids and I use assistive equipment. My personal insight into how hearing loss can impact on life in the workplace means that I am better equipped to offer advice to your business.
