I am an experienced coach and mentor with a lifetimes experience of managing hearing loss. I have been working with and on behalf of people with hearing loss since 1999. I began in an advice and advocacy role and soon progressed into education and employment support for individuals and companies. I possess Stage 2 in British Sign Language and I hold a recognised teaching qualification.
